Own and communicate the high-level release timeline across value streams, highlighting key milestones.
Facilitate workshops, town halls, and forums to promote awareness, clarity, and engagement.
This role acts as a key enabler of change, partnering with transformation squads, business teams, and change champions to build awareness, reinforce adoption, and track progress against transformation goals. You will drive implementation directly, managing interdependencies, clearing roadblocks, and ensuring changes are executed efficiently and effectively, in line with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards.
Take a hands-on leadership role in driving change: remove blockers, coordinate teams, and ensure changes are implemented on the ground.

Own and manage the enterprise change roadmap, integrating process and system changes for seamless implementation.
Coach stakeholders and change champions to reinforce adoption and sustain new ways of working.
Manage day-to-day change implementation, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and verification.
The Change Management Lead plays a critical role in supporting the Business Transformation program by driving adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. You will own the end-to-end change process and take a hands-on role in making change happen, ensuring employees understand, embrace, and sustain new ways of working across value streams. This includes managing the overarching change roadmap, coordinating system and process changes, tracking the change pipeline in JIRA, controlling documentation, coaching stakeholders, and bringing clarity and alignment across the organization.
Develop and execute the change management strategy, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption plans.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Organizational Development, or related field
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001change management requirements (risk, verification, documentation control)
Skilled in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Experience managing change pipelines using JIRA or similar tools (Change Requests, Orders, Notices)
Certification in Change Management (Prosci / ADKAR / CCMP) — PMP or Agile certification an asset
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance environments
Hands-on experience leading workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder communications
