The position focuses on enhancing the resident experience through relationship building, event support, and service improvement during afternoon and evening shifts.
- Respond to resident concerns and issues
- Conduct community outreach and build partnerships
- Organize and participate in resident events (breakfasts, holidays, fitness classes, etc.)
- Build and manage relationships with local businesses and vendors
- Create flyers, e‑blasts, and other promotional materials
- Plan events within the monthly budget
- Maintain and grow social media presence for the community
- Collaborate with property operations, senior management, and marketing on social events
- Update property website and community boards with upcoming events
- Ensure market presence and community value
- Conduct community tours and generate leasing leads
- Complete applicant, lease, and resident paperwork accurately
- Process check payments
- Follow safety program, attend meetings, and perform duties safely
- Develop strong working relationships with employees and vendors
