In this role the individual will oversee client accounts, provide comprehensive project‑controls services—including capital planning, governance, front‑end planning, funding, construction technology, procure‑to‑pay, cost and commercial management, schedule and risk control, and project close‑out—while driving business development, resource management, staff mentorship, fee proposal development, and QA/QC reviews.
- Oversee client accounts and act as primary point of contact.
- Deliver full‑suite project controls services: capital planning, governance, front‑end planning, funding, construction technology, procure‑to‑pay, cost/commercial management, schedule control, risk management, and project close‑out.
- Lead business development initiatives to maintain and grow assigned accounts.
- Manage resource allocation, talent acquisition, retention, and professional development.
- Supervise, train, coach, and mentor staff; develop fee proposals.
- Provide mentorship on measurement methods, construction technology, contracts, and delivery methods.
- Conduct QA/QC reviews of junior controls staff and lead lessons‑learned sessions after project closeout.
- Maintain revenue, margins, accounts receivable, and financial projections.
- Lead cost‑control efforts for multi‑phase or complex‑funded projects.
- Delegate tasks, monitor metrics, give feedback, and hold team accountable.
- Build relationships with internal peers, direct reports, and senior leaders.
- Identify value‑engineering opportunities and ensure material substitutions meet quality standards.

The position requires demonstrated technical competency across all project‑controls functions, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with ERP, estimating, scheduling, contracts, Power BI, and project‑information systems, as well as the ability to build internal relationships and deliver value‑engineering solutions.

- 10+ years of project‑controls experience.
- Preferred certifications: MRICS, CPE, CCE, CEP, PMP, Six Sigma.
