Managing a team of structural & architectural draughtsman for preparation of shop drawings.
Coordinating with MEP requirements .
Liaising with Sub Contractor, contractors , consultants & Suppliers and coordinating for all the technical Requirements & obtaining clearances.
Attending Weekly Progress meeting with the Client and Consultant and resolve critical issues.
Evaluating & determining appropriate construction delivery systems & most cost effective plans for the project completion .
Reviewing designs, drawings, specifications, BOQ & modifications required to suit to prevailing site conditions .
Overseeing the selection of contractors & consultant to complete specific pieces of the project.
Receiving of material indents from site, analyzing the requirement & submission for approval.
Reviewing & preparing Method of Statements and submitting to consultant.
Reviewing packages & coordinating with subcontractors for all technical queries & highlighting discrepancies pre & post tendering.
