Join GEMS as a Construction Manager IV and lead high‑impact asset renewal projects that keep one of the world’s busiest airports running safely and efficiently.
You’ll oversee replacement of critical airport systems (MEP, fire/security, utilities, baggage, boarding bridges) and ensure safe, on‑time, and budget‑conscious delivery in a live operating environment.
Oversee design changes, submittals, RFIs, and acceptance testing.
Manage multiple large-scale airport projects ($50M+).
Lead preconstruction, weekly meetings, and stakeholder coordination.

Ensure compliance with LAWA standards and QA/QC requirements.
Prepare risk reports, progress updates, and mentor staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam; CAD/REVIT a plus.
Professional licensure/certifications (PE, PMP, LEED, etc.) strongly preferred
15+ years of construction management experience, ideally in airports.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and project delivery methods (DBB, CMAR, Design/Build).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
