Riverside is seeking an experienced, passionate Registered Care Manager to join Willow Brook Extra Care, a service that values person‑centred care, community living, and empowering residents to live independently at home.
Successful candidates will be established Registered Managers with at least two years’ experience managing a CQC‑regulated service, preferably in Extra Care, supported living, or a similar setting.
- Be a Registered Care Manager with at least 2 years’ experience managing a CQC‑regulated service.
- Have experience of Extra Care or similar services (housing experience desirable but not essential).
- Demonstrate confident, approachable leadership and teamwork.
- Possess strong knowledge of safeguarding, quality governance, and regulatory frameworks.
