The Property Management team serves as the heart of MidPen, building relationships with residents, community partners, and fellow staff while collaborating closely with the Resident Services department to ensure vibrant, supportive communities.
Reporting to the Community Manager, the Front Desk Receptionist monitors building traffic, maintains the front office, and communicates with residents, visitors, and staff, handling tasks such as answering phones, logging activity, writing incident reports, completing work orders, and upholding security and Fair Housing policies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED plus at least one year of receptionist or administrative experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Reliable transportation, a valid California driver’s license, and a commitment to MidPen’s mission are required, along with the ability to perform desk‑based computer work and lift objects up to 15 pounds.
