In a collaborative and dynamic environment, the analyst enforces federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws, union and PLA requirements, and manages the generation, certification, and submission of Certified Payroll Reports for both Clark craft employees and subcontractors. Responsibilities also include detailed cross‑checks of payroll against project documents, handling documentation collections, and supporting investigations and audits.
The Compliance Analyst is the project compliance expert for Clark’s government‑funded construction portfolio, working alongside a dedicated team of compliance professionals. This entry‑level position offers potential for upward mobility within the Project Controls and Compliance department.
Candidates should be highly motivated, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to learn quickly under pressure. Strong oral and written communication skills are required, and familiarity with federal contracting, labor regulations, and FAR regulations is a plus. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
The role involves prolonged desk work, occasional travel to construction sites, and the ability to lift objects up to 10 lb regularly and 25 lb occasionally.
