Perform routine warehouse upkeep such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining safety standards.
Follow guidelines from the Operations / Site manager to maintain stock and cost.
Maintain tools, testing devices, and field gear inventory, ensuring items are returned and in working condition.
Support incoming and outgoing logistics for long-lead items and large bulk deliveries.
Assist in periodic cycle counts and full warehouse audits for inventory control.
Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred) to move heavy inventory safely.
Track material usage and returns from job sites, ensuring proper handling of surplus or defective items.
Stage materials for upcoming job phases based on project schedule and delivery requests.
Maintain an accurate inventory log using spreadsheets, ERP, or warehouse management systems.
Interact / communicate with site personnel regarding delivery schedule and inspection admittance.
Ensure that the material storage is fulfilling the manufacturer guidelines.
Properly organize material per location and building in accordance with the awarded quantities and bill of materials.
Coordinate with project managers and field supervisors to prepare and issue field material kits.
Handle and store equipment safely, including sensitive fire alarm components like smoke detectors, special hazard devices, panels, modules, and other material.
Assist with packaging and shipping of materials to remote job sites or satellite warehouses.
Document and report damaged or missing materials to procurement or project management teams.
Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times in the warehouse and during material handling.
Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries of fire alarm equipment, conduit, wiring, panels, devices, and tools.
Label and organize inventory by job number, device type, or system components to support accurate field deployment.

Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
3+ years of experience in warehousing and inventory industry.
Proper material handling skills and familiar with warehouse / outdoor working conditions.
Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations.
OSHA10 certified individuals required.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam etc.
