- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, especially those specific to working in secure or restricted military environments.
- Maintain logs of work performed and materials used using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Support HVAC, electrical, and plumbing technicians in higher-level repairs and installations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance work orders, ensuring repairs are completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct scheduled inspections of building systems and infrastructure to identify issues or potential hazards.
- Stand and walk for extended periods, work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Perform general maintenance duties including HVAC filter changes, light fixture replacements, plumbing repairs, and basic carpentry.

- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Previous experience working on military installations.
- Must be able to successfully pass as required a federal, state, or local government's background investigation
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in general maintenance, preferably on commercial or government facilities.
- Apprenticeship for HVAC or Electrical
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Familiarity with DoD regulations or Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC).
- OSHA 10/30 certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification preferred.
- Must be able to pass background check and meet eligibility for access to military installation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and operate maintenance equipment.
- Must be to pass Department of Defense or HSPD-12 Zone D criminal background check
