Description

• Develop investment frameworks, business cases, and innovation roadmaps for clean
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering sustainability and utilities transformation
• Support public sector clients in developing budget efficiency and effectiveness strategies,
• Define sustainability strategies for public services clients, aligned with global frameworks
• Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the
• Shape cross-sector sustainability initiatives, integrating public–private partnerships and
• Provide industry expertise in Public Service industry segments
• Advise on AI strategy and use-case development to accelerate sustainability and utilities
• Lead diagnostic assessments and strategy formulation for utilities modernization, including
• Develop evidence-based roadmaps and operating models that balance affordability,
• Apply benchmarking, policy analysis, and data-driven insights to guide public sector
• Identify emerging clean technologies (renewables, hydrogen, storage, smart metering, AI)
• Guide clients on climate action plans, carbon reduction, energy efficiency, and resource
• Develop assets and methodologies, point-of-view, research or white papers, internal tools,

Requirements

• Prior experience with public sector utility clients on large-scale strategic transformations
• Exposure to emerging clean technologies such as hydrogen, storage, carbon capture, and AI
• Deep understanding of policy and regulatory drivers shaping utilities reform, energy
• Proven expertise in sustainability frameworks, ESG strategy, and climate action planning
• Familiarity with clean energy financing mechanisms and incentive models
• Proficiency in strategy frameworks, financial modeling, impact assessment tools, and
• Understanding of policy and regulatory frameworks for sustainability and clean energy
• Sustainability-related certifications (e.g., LEED, GRI, or ISO 14001) are desirable
• Project and program management expertise in multi-stakeholder public-sector
• Strong experience in strategy in utilities, energy, or sustainability sectors
• Experience in operating model design, digital enablement, or smart infrastructure
• AI use case design, prioritization and implementation
• Excellent communication skills in business writing, presentations, and stakeholder
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging government ministries,
• Advanced analytical problem-solving skills, including benchmarking, diagnostics, business
