Take your customer service & admin skills to the next level
Prepare quotes, documentation and claim correspondence
Raise purchase orders and approve supplier/trade invoices
Build your knowledge of the insurance & construction industries
Manage new claims from lodgement through to completion
Schedule estimators and coordinate site appointments
Facilitate contract amendments and scope changes
Update internal systems and client portals with accurate notes
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and stakeholders
