Collaborate with other ERM regional practitioners to execute projects, including participating in teams comprised of professionals from multiple offices across the global organization;
Act as Project Manager on small to medium projects and provide leadership to junior staff
Environmental Project Work on Site Investigation, Remediation and Demolition.
Provide EH&S Regulatory & Compliance Service; Phase I, II, III Environmental Site Assessment and remediation and other EHS related consulting services.

Proven project delivery experience for industrial clients with strong planning and organizational skills.
Ability to travel, maintain flexibility and work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in site investigations, remediation basics, construction & demolition, cost estimating, managing contractors, and report writing is required.
Cooperation with subcontractors and conclusions of contracts.
Must have a minimum of 5-9 year of experience with B.S. Degree (MS preferred) in Geology, Engineering, or related Science field.
Cost estimation and proposal writing.
Experience in EHS Due Diligence, EHS Audit, and Compliance Programs, to both local and international standards is desired.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Japanese and high level of English proficiency desired.
Capable of communicating with customers and getting acquired information
