Gage calibrations, incoming inspections, line audits
Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments
Analyze and interpret blueprints, data, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustment and certification methods, formulas, and measuring instruments required.
Assist in Quality Training
Troubleshoot any areas of the assembly process where a quality issue occurs.
Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective action.
Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations, and work for conformance to specifications
Record and analysis data, maintain proper paperwork/documentation of departmental data.
Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications
Ensure that all quality standards are met.
Notify supervisors and other personnel of production problems, and assist in identifying and correcting these problems

1-2 years of Quality related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
High School Diploma/GED required - Associate or two year degree from a college or technical school is preferred.
Ability to compile and read run charts
Knowledge of Metrology Quality System Practices
Ability to analyze and interpret drawings and specifications.
Critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal, written communication, teamwork, quality, and adaptability skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Teams, and Excel.
Must be proficient in the use of measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape measures, pin gages, feeler gages, lineal measurement devices and Optical comparator
Excellent shop math skills (Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals)
