Maintain a valid passport and be willing to travel as required for project work and networking.
Undergraduate degree in Civil or Geological Engineering.
Demonstrated competency and experience working in tailings management.
Experienced in all phases of tailings projects: site investigation, design, construction, operations, and closure.
Current knowledge of applicable regulations, including the Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management (GISTM) and other relevant guidelines and standards.
Strong leadership, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Is registered as a Professional Engineer in North America.
