Candidates must have eight years of full-time professional scheduling experience with owners or general contractors on educational or public works projects, be proficient in Primavera 15.1+ and MS Office, and have experience with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery methods.
Required skills include excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and planning abilities, and the capacity to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff.
Education requirements are a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or any bachelor’s degree plus two additional years of construction scheduling experience.
