Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document collaboration platforms;

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across operational and corporate environments;
High-level commercial and contractual acumen;
Demonstrated experience in Design and Construct leadership for complex, multidisciplinary projects;
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to lead large project teams and manage consultant and subcontractor performance;
Minimum 12–15 years’ experience in major civil infrastructure projects;
Experience transitioning from design leadership into construction delivery leadership;
Experience in large-scale precinct, industrial infrastructure, or regional development projects;
Strong program management skills and constructability awareness;
Leadership, Culture, and Team Development - Fostering a high-performing, cohesive team environment across both design and construction phases.
