Consultant

• Delivering client reports and participating in Work Science Quality Assurance processes
• Providing clients with technical advice, audits, and incident investigations – on health, safety, and risk
• Drafting management system and other types of documentation
• Pursuing business opportunities through proactive client engagement
• Co-facilitating and scribing for client training and workshops
• Supporting business development through research, collateral development etc
• Collaborate with outstanding individuals both within our team and in client organisations.

• WHS lead auditor qualification desirable
• Strong technical writing and systems documentation skills with strong attention to detail
• 1 - 2 years’ experience delighting your clients, colleagues and onlookers in a WHS role
• Curious, inquisitive, adaptable to change and capable to thrive in a commercial consulting environment
• Pragmatic problem solver
• Data analytics experience desirable
• Degree level qualification in a WHS or related field
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
• Tenacious, resourceful and willing to work outside comfort zones to learn and grow
• Construction and/or property risk experience desirable

Note: This is a hybrid role combining a primary office base in Brisbane, with flexibility to work from home in accordance with deliverables and coordination with your manager.
