Continuous monitoring of the bid project status and ensuring independent, targeted and complete communication within the project team and the collaborating departments
Determination of the costs and the corresponding delivery time of the scope of delivery you have projected
Responsibility for handing over the order to the project management, the engineering, manufacturing and other related departments
Analysis of customer requirements and implementation in a competitive offer with the involvement of an interdisciplinary team
Establishment and maintenance of data collections on costs, cost structures and developments.
Participation in project negotiations together with the sales team at home and abroad and representative of your offer as a quotation project manager at the customer
Supporting the engineering teams and the sales department in examining the technical feasibility and also identifying project risks or opportunities of opportunities

The selected candidate must be located or willing to relocate to the Charlotte, NC USA area.
Able to read and understand technical and commercial specifications and requirements (data sheets, drawings, diagrams, TCs, etc)
Excellent Oral and writing skills with internal and external organization
Strong Technical knowledge and experience in the Power Transformers Industry is required
Ability to travel up to 15% domestically
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics preferred) or similar with a combination of related work experience
3+ years of successful experience in Project Management, Sales, Proposals, Application Engineering, etc. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
Able to understand customer's requirements (either technical or commercial) and manage a compelling strategy proposal
