Tasks

-Lead a team of Electrical Distribution Linesworker ensuring safe working conditions for all employees contractors and visitors -Interface with design, procurement, commercial, quality, and material logistic to ensure construction activities can take place immediately once on site. -Direct and control off site construction activities on project to ensure that standards of quality, cost, safety and performance are observed and that time schedules are met. -Monitor the workload and progress of Teams to ensure most effective use of resources. Determine any changes required in employee numbers to achieve present and future project objectives. -Liaise directly with client to maintain high level customer service relationships. -Establish clear communication, solid lines of control and delegation to sub-ordinates and actively create and maintain a culture of openness, responsiveness, honest, ethics and responsibility across the team. -Manage the selection and training of all team members, building a high skilled, performance focused, innovative, passionate team. -Monitor physical and financial progress of work.

-Qualifications and experience within electrical transmission and distribution environment or similar -Would suit someone who enjoys leading and managing a field team, with a chance to be recognized and rewarded for building a high performing team -A minimum of 10 years industrial/commercial construction experience with a minimum of 5 years management experience working on construction projects or similar
