  • Communicate with the sales team to book solid installations
  • Assist customers with scheduling inspections or any post-installation matters
  • Keep in communication with customers regarding scheduling and timelines for completion
  • Schedule installations and assign install crews in Service-Titan
  • Maintain and update the Install Boards
  • Adjust or Create any Plans that arise
  • Communicate with customer to confirm the scheduling of their installation.
  • Prepare any permits or needed documents prior to installation
  • Make post-installation follow-up calls to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Mark and Adjust Materials after Returns before final costing
  • Ensure every job is correctly staged and prepared for following days installation
  • Review sold jobs for ordering purposes (any restricted orders should be placed at this time)
  • Register all equipment as needed
  • Communicate personally with each Tech daily (approximately 3 pm) to determine status of job completion.
  • Ensure proper equipment has been recorded in the customers records
  • Assign and dispatch Technicians on a daily basis.
  • Register rebates for the company and customers as needed
  • Return or Add to Stock Canceled jobs Equipment, based on Stocking Environment
  • Ensure Permitting has “greenlight” to pull permits before scheduled date. (Equipment will not Change, Date is Confirmed W/Client)
  • Receive all Equipment and Material PO’s in Service Titan for Plumbing Dept. jobs
  • Make any necessary schedule adjustments to ensure all work is completed timely, thoroughly and to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed information about job to Techs the evening before job is scheduled. This includes phone and emails to tech and personal email addresses with job sheet specifications.

  • Prior customer service experience is a PLUS!!!

  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

  • Strong Customer Service, Scheduling - Experience in Residential Home Services is a PLUS!!

  • Experience with Service-Titan preferred but not required
