Design integrated municipal roadway, provincial highway, transit facilities, and active transportation facilities projects for clients in the province and for other major municipalities in the province
Provide Quality Management reviews by ensuring corporate policies are followed and documented
Assist project managers in delivering large multi-disciplinary transportation projects to our clients
Plan, organize and control project budgets and schedules.
Work with the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP's, tenders, budgets, cash flows, and preliminary schedules
Provide project guidance and mentoring for junior staff
Lead projects or technical components of projects from planning through design and technical support during construction.
Project management of small to medium-sized transportation projects during planning, design, and contract administration phases including financial performances.
Prepare correspondence, engineering reports, proposals, expressions of interest, specifications and meeting minutes
Provide direction to engineering staff in the preparation of designs, design drawings, contract documents, engineering specifications, and cost estimates for municipal road and highway engineering work
