The Property Manager for the multifamily community at The Crawford is responsible for maintaining the property to market-ready standards while delivering a high level of resident service. The role also involves motivating and leading a high‑performing on‑site team to maximize overall property performance.
Key duties include overseeing all aspects of operations such as maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, and marketing. The manager provides superior customer service, completes lease and renewal paperwork, monitors advertising effectiveness, and resolves resident conflicts promptly.
Effective communication, strong customer‑service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools are essential. The manager must be able to set goals, mentor staff, supervise daily team activities, and ensure compliance with Cushman & Wakefield policies.
A bachelor's degree is preferred, as is a real‑estate license, with at least three years of property‑management experience and three years of supervisory experience.
The position operates in a professional office environment with standard equipment and requires regular travel, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Employees may be on‑site for up to 85 % of the time and travel up to 15 % of the workweek.
