  • Coordinate, research, track, and advance project tasks and company obligations related to leases, COREAs, municipalities, permits, entitlements, bonds and letters of credit, lenders, joint venture partners, and internal capital approval.
  • Lead the creation, analysis, and underwriting of project proformas.
  • Manage multiple projects of varying complexity, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Support development projects throughout the full cycle, from feasibility studies through construction and closeout.
  • Manage and maintain project budgets and forecasts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners including design and construction teams to achieve project objectives.

  • Background in architecture and/or construction preferred.
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in real estate, finance or development required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability and initiative to quickly learn software tools including, but not limited to, budget and project management platforms, Bluebeam, Salesforce, JD Edwards, Proliance, and Yardi.
  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in real estate, finance, business, architecture, construction management or related field.
