In this role you will apply your organizational and analytical skills to conduct research and organize market and property information. You will perform analyses of a variety of property types such as office, multifamily, and industrial. You will work alongside senior valuation associates supporting appraisals and consulting projects.
What you’ll bring: a commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser and progressing toward a certified general license, an eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real‑estate, and the knowledge gained from your undergraduate or graduate degree. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and ideally 1‑3 years of commercial real‑estate experience are required.
