Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Carry out safety checks in compliance with Gas Safe regulations.
Diagnose and repair faults in gas heating systems and appliances.
Respond to emergency breakdowns, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions.
Perform routine servicing and maintenance of gas appliances, boilers, and central heating systems.
Provide professional and friendly customer service, offering advice on energy efficiency and system maintenance.
Work independently or as part of a team to meet service and performance targets.
Carry out a range of repairs in domestic properties including major and minor project works.
Complete relevant paperwork, including service reports, gas safety records, and job sheets.

Full UK Driving Licence.
CPA1 – Combustion Performance Analysis (if still relevant)
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a respectful approach to tenants.
CCN1 – Core Domestic Gas Safety

Ability to work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Experience of working within social housing, local authority, or domestic maintenance environments.
