Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
Gather and analyze data to support HR reporting and improve processes
Assist in coordinating performance appraisal processes and employee feedback initiatives
Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist with training and development programs
Handle HR administrative tasks such as tracking attendance, updating policies, and managing HR software
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
