- Organiser son espace de travail en fonction des pièces à manipuler.
- Faire le choix du matériel d’accrochage des pièces, soit : boches, chaines, peigne, etc.
- Désemballer le matériel que le client est venu porter.
- Faire le choix du matériel de finitions des pièces : meuleuse, limes, différentes peintures de zinc.
- Décrocher les pièces, donc soit enlever les chaines, ou couper les broches qui attaches les pièces d’acier.
- Empiler les pièces galvanisées, sur les palettes, dans des barils ou sur des traileurs.
- Emballer les pièces pour expédition au client.

- Avoir la capacité de manipuler et manutentionner des pièces qui vont de 5 à 50 lbs.
- Être capable de travailler par terre, ou dans des échelles pour faire la finition des pièces.
- Visualiser les différentes pièces à accrocher et choisir la meilleure méthode pour les accrocher.
- Aptitudes à travailler en équipe.
- Manipuler fréquemment des pièces ayant un poids qui varie entre 5 lbs et 50 lbs.
- Avoir la capacité de travailler 8h debout.
- Nombre d'heures : 40 heures par semaine
- Différentes formations sont offertes directement à l’usine (opérateur chariot élévateur, opérateur de transpalette, etc.)
