Make physical bank deposits as required.
Post daily credit card payments.
Research mismatches and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain fixed asset ledger.
Post warranty credit notes and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and balance sheet accounts.
Ensure timely payment of invoices.
Create and process invoices for parts, service, machines, and work orders.
Maintain organized, accurate files and documentation.
Manage postings and reconcile deposits.
Maintain JCB parts invoice tracker.
Set up new customer accounts and verify credit.
Prepare and process weekly deposits.
Process machine sales and record customer payments.
Reconcile fixed assets and schedules.
Manage collections.
Provide administrative support to the Dealer Principal and team.
Create and maintain vendor master data.
Reconcile parts accruals.
Perform month-end closing functions including journal entries and GL reconciliations.
Review and process internal and external invoices.
Prepare ACH and check payments.
Perform AR-related GL reconciliations.
Process quarterly sales tax filings and reconciliations.
Prepare inventory reports.
Daily posting of cash, check, and bank transactions.
Complete AR, AP, GL, and fixed-asset closings.
Apply warranty credits and issue credit notes.
Set up new vendors.
Requirements

High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a dealership, equipment, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CDK Global preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
