Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred (pivot tables, complex advanced formulas)
Knowledge of BI for data visualization and reporting is highly desirable. Experience using Qlik Sense or similar BI/data visualization tools.
Holds a Supply Chain Management certification (e.g. ASCM (APICS) CSCP/CPIM, ISM CPSM, Supply Chain Canada SCMP).
Working knowledge of Syspro supply chain modules and Qlik Sense reporting tools.
Systems and Continuous improvement mindset.
Solid understanding of supply chain principles, and the ability to generate and interpret reports to support buyers and the Demand/Supply Planning Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, IT or a related field. Advanced degree is an asset
Familiarity with the financial aspects of supply chain management.
5 years of experience in a supply chain, procurement, or data analysis role, preferably within a ETO manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, e-commerce or distribution environment.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with any ERP (required) – Syspro is preferred and strong asset
