Key duties include responding to resident work orders, diagnosing and repairing defects, and managing the make‑ready process for vacant apartments by conducting pre‑move‑out inspections, generating punch lists, scheduling vendors, completing repairs, and verifying finished work. The technician also develops and enforces cleanliness standards, inspects the work of team members and contractors, maintains an inventory of spare parts, conducts monthly preventative maintenance, and supports cost‑containment by repairing rather than replacing components.
The position offers an hourly wage of $34.00 to $37.00, with eligibility for quarterly or annual bonuses depending on corporate or onsite status. Additional compensation may include performance‑based bonuses and overtime opportunities.
