The Community Leasing Specialist coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, preparing lease documents, ensuring smooth move‑ins, and supporting lease renewals while maintaining resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
The role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance). Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, and the incumbent must be flexible to take call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel to other properties for training or support.
Compensation includes a base salary plus eligibility for quarterly or annual bonus programs, depending on whether the position is corporate or onsite.
