-Integration: Your programs will break down silos and create connections across teams, levels, and locations -Executive Support: Report directly to the Chief People Officer with regular exposure to senior leadership who understand that talent development drives business success -Data Driven Decisions: You'll model analytical thinking and teach others to use data in their decision-making -High Risk Management: You'll ensure every Partner has the knowledge to work safely and manage risk effectively

-Data-Driven Mindset: You measure what matters and use data to tell compelling stories. You've built dashboards, calculated ROI, and used analytics to continuously improve learning outcomes. You know that "we trained 100 people" isn't a success metric-business impact is. -Change Leadership: You've led organizational transformations and know how to use learning as a lever for change. You understand resistance patterns, adoption curves, and how to build the coalition needed to make change stick. -Design Excellence: You know that great learning experiences don't happen by accident. You understand adult learning principles, instructional design, and how to create programs that stick. You've designed everything from 5-minute microlearning to year-long leadership journeys. -Leadership Presence: You command respect in the boardroom and credibility on the job site. You influence without authority, build coalitions across divisions, and inspire others to invest in their own development. -Technical Savvy: You're excited by learning technologies and have hands-on experience with LMS platforms, authoring tools, and emerging technologies like VR training. You understand how AI and analytics can transform learning, and you're always exploring what's next. -Communication Excellence: You're equally comfortable presenting to the board, facilitating a leadership workshop, or explaining a new program to field teams. Your written communication is clear and compelling, whether it's a strategic proposal or a quick email update. -Proven L&D Leadership: 7+ years of progressive learning and development experience, with at least 3 years leading L&D functions. You've built and scaled learning programs that delivered measurable business impact in organizations with 500+ employees. -Strategic Vision: You see beyond training requests to understand business challenges. You speak fluently with executives about ROI, capability gaps, and how learning drives competitive advantage. Construction or industrial experience is a plus, but your ability to quickly understand our business is what matters most.
