We are hiring for our Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire offices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in bridge, retaining wall, and box culvert design and will play a key role across JT’s municipal, transportation, and site development groups.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (accredited) with 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain one.
- Experience managing structural engineering design projects.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and permitting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Self‑disciplined, motivated, and effective team player.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for worksites, client meetings, and conferences.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
- Willingness to travel out‑of‑town and overnight for professional development or project work.
