Demonstrable and proven experience in capital project planning in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Significant post-qualification experience in manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication, with a clear understanding of how to develop dashboard KPIs for a manufacturing senior leadership team.
Strong presentation skills – confident in preparing and delivering board-level reports.
Flexible, proactive work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Significant experience, post qualified with professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Experience in business partnering, working across functions to influence and challenge.
Board level presentation skills and experience
Advanced data analytics skills (Excel, PowerBI or similar).
Strong background in management accounts and financial performance reporting.
