Provide training and mentorship to STS resources to build in-house capability and reduce reliance on consultant support.
Interpret field data and simulation results to produce technical reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
Assist in planning and designing water and wastewater infrastructure such as sewers, water mains, pumping/booster stations, and storage facilities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including the Ministry of Defence (MOD), developers, and STS customers.
Ensure sufficient resources for water and wastewater network feasibility and modelling, initially through the creation of a Consultant Framework.
assess modelling needs for new developments or changes in water and wastewater demands, including initiating/reviewing CCTV surveys, field pressure testing, flow and pressure data analysis, and capacity constraint reviews.
Deliver studies and reports within commercially agreed timescales.
Drive innovation by exploiting new techniques, software, and AI to reduce costs, enhance competitiveness, and improve risk evaluation and solution development.
Build, calibrate, and verify hydraulic models for water and wastewater networks using appropriate software.
Propose modelling scenarios that achieve least-cost solution options while meeting design standards and performance requirements.
