As a Valuation Services Director you will deliver top‑tier valuation and advisory solutions, leveraging Colliers’ full platform of services. You will promote the Colliers brand in the local market and ensure superior customer service for every client.
Key responsibilities include originating new client relationships, managing teams across geographies, allocating appraisal assignments, supervising trainee appraisers, and executing a wide range of valuation and appraisal projects for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, lenders and other stakeholders.
You will apply expertise in discounted cash‑flow modeling (Argus and Excel), sales‑comparison, cost and highest‑and‑best‑use approaches, review industry surveys and economic trends, and present analysis results in a clear, concise manner.
The role requires an MAI designation, at least ten years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree (advanced appraisal coursework preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills, a collaborative team‑player mindset and a commitment to excellent client service are essential.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor visas. Colliers is an equal‑opportunity employer that values diversity and provides accommodations for qualified candidates who need them.
Colliers offers an enterprising, nimble, decentralized environment that provides ample opportunities to learn, grow and accelerate your career. This hybrid position is based out of the local office and supports the firm’s continued growth as an industry leader.
