Review and revise CCE policy and procedures with aim to increase accuracy and consistency of estimates
Develop and coordinate estimate plans for projects of all size and complexity.
Present estimates for internal and client reviews, answer questions and confidently explain details
Provide bases of estimates and conduct CCE using the basis of estimate.
Using Aspen Economic Evaluation software, prepare multi‐disciplined project estimates; prepare and manage cost estimates for all sizes of Energy projects, including Oil and Gas facilities, Pipelines, and Green Energy per AACEI guidelines.
Provide input into business development activities as to the level of effort required to complete CCE scope
Assist project services with project schedule development and updates
Manage small team of supporting CCE staff and lead estimate revies with project teams
Prepare quantitative estimates & estimate proposals for projects.

Post Secondary Education in engineering, technology, or applicable trades
Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera would be an asset
