- Performance of field/site inspections to support building science and environmental projects, including field collection of samples and the interpretation of data and report writing. To include asbestos, lead paint, mold, indoor air quality, industrial hygiene, and other environmental contaminants.

- Professional, self-motivated, team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Experience in traditional hygiene sampling such as air, dust and fumes a plus
- Willing to learn and assist in other service lines (environmental testing, monitoring, construction materials testing)
- 0-3 years of Industrial Hygiene and building science or related experience in consulting environments.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, environmental science, or related discipline; or equivalent experience
- Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Ability to work effectively on multiple assignments
- Strong problem-solving, workload management, and organizational and communication skills with limited supervision.
- Prefer Asbestos, Lead Paint, Mold/IAQ inspector training, or ability to obtain.
- Valid Driver's license and ability to pass an MVR
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Able to do overnight travel 25%-35% of the time.
- Capable of working independently, under direct supervision of others, and in a team-orientated environment
- Communication verbal and written with clients, contractors, laboratories and regulatory agencies.
