Equipment Upkeep: Proactively conduct repairs on all facility equipment. Maintain tools, parts, and supplies in a clean, organized, and safe condition, acting as a key resource for the operations team.
General Maintenance & Repairs: Perform a wide range of hands-on maintenance tasks, including HVAC filter changes, light carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general interior maintenance (e.g., hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing office furniture).
Documentation & Communication: Maintain meticulous service documentation using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Clearly communicate with management and team members regarding operational issues, project timelines, and workload priorities.

Technical Aptitude: Must possess strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Experience with a CMMS is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 50-100 lbs., climb and work on ladders up to 25 ft, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on field experience in facility maintenance or a related trade.
