- Préparer les appels d'offres
- Préparer les dossiers de construction incluant les dessins d'atelier
- Participer aux réunions de démarrage et aux post-mortem
- Finaliser les demandes de paiement et les approbation de facturation
- Fermer et archiver les projets
- Effectuer la gestion continue avec le surintendant (SST, litige, sous-traitant..)
- Outils technologiques à la pointe pour assurer votre réussite
- Préparer et effectuer le suivie de l'échéancier

- Solides compétences en négociation avec les sous-traitants, fournisseurs et partenaires
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Maîtrise de la lecture de plans et de devis techniques
- Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles, avec une capacité à nouer des relations de confiance
