Support prequalification process of all new contractors.
Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and tools.
Lead the review, drafting, negotiation, and administration of Shipyard, EPC and Engineering subcontracts.
Promote and take part in the QHSSE continuous improvement process.
Monitor contract performance and ensure timely resolution of claims, variations, and disputes.
Maintain and continuous improvement of standard contract exhibits and procedures.
Report quality related problems and HSSE hazards or deficits within their area to the QHSSE department.
Maintain accurate contract records and ensure compliance with contracting procedures, internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
Mentor junior contract staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. QHSSE Duties – every employee shall:
Provide strategic advice on contractual risks, obligations, and rights to project teams and management.
Support tendering activities, including preparation of contract documentation and evaluation of commercial proposals.
Liaise with legal, finance, and technical departments to ensure alignment on contractual matters.
