
Develops and manufactures insulation, roofing, and fiberglass composite building materials.
The primary purpose of the role is to safely stack materials, ensure quality standards for shipments, and maintain accurate documentation. Success requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and teamwork in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Ideal candidates have at least a 9th‑grade education, are 18 years or older, and demonstrate a sense of urgency, strong hand‑eye coordination, and mechanical adaptability. They must be able to read measurements and specifications, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Prior experience of one year in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required, offering an advantage to applicants with relevant background.
Physical demands include standing for up to ten hours, climbing stairs or ladders, performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements, lifting approximately 35 lb, and tolerating temperatures above 95 °F while being exposed to wood dust and aluminum in a controlled environment.
