Reviews production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals and standards are met.
Delivers progress and production reports to executive team members as requested.
Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
Communicate with legal counsel and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA health and safety regulations and other governmental regulations.

Proven Leadership skills in developing a team of high performance by engaging, coaching and driving accountability & ownership at all levels.
Graduate in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. MBA is an added benefit.
Should be proficient in English and Hindi. Fluency in Gujrati and German is added benefit.
