Degree-level, or equivalent, qualification in IT Engineering, Science, or a related field.

Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Product lifecycle methodologies, and how modern engineering tools, platforms & practices integrate with them.
Ability to foster an inclusive, collaborative, and supportive team culture.
Experience in a regulated environment or within the utilities/energy sector.
Experience managing IT risks, audits, and security compliance collaboratively with stakeholders.
Experienced IT leader with a track record of managing digital engineering or IT development teams, including budgets and external IT partners.
