  • Maintain documentation and share insights on deployment processes and system performance.
  • Assist with training warehouse staff on robotic system operation and best practices.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for new and existing customers, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the product.

They are seeking a Deployment Engineer / Customer Success Specialist to play a key role in ensuring successful deployments of their robotic systems. This individual will act as a bridge between engineering, customers, and operations, helping to implement, optimize, and support robotic solutions across a variety of warehouse environments. The ideal candidate is hands-on, tech-savvy, and customer-focused, with a passion for robotics, automation, and operational excellence.

  • Familiarity with wireless systems, IoT devices, or automation technology is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Hands-on experience with forklifts, warehouse operations, or inventory management systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced start-up environments and manage multiple deployment projects.
  • Experience in robotics, warehouse automation, or industrial technology deployment is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to a variety of warehouses and operational environments, building broad technical and industry expertise.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot hardware/software in real-world environments.
