Support project documentation and technical standards development as needed.
Prepare substation design drawings, including but not limited to:
Work closely with engineers to assemble complete drawing packages.
Ensure quality and accuracy of all deliverables and participate in quality control reviews.
Develop new drawings from existing templates, standards, sketches, or vendor information.
Complete work within established schedules and budgets.
Research materials, catalog data, and standards to support design accuracy.
Coordinate design efforts with other disciplines such as Civil, Structural, and Physical Substation design teams.

SCADA and communication drawings
Efficient communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans, specifications, and drawings.
Associate's degree in computer Aided Design/Drafting, Engineering Technology, or relevant CAD Certifications required.
3+ years of experience in civil drafting or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or other CAD software such as MicroStation.
Protection and control schematics
Experience with topographical surveys, site development plans, or utility mapping is a plus.
