We’re looking for outcome-driven professionals who can close high-ticket membership sales over Zoom — and do it consistently.
The discipline to manage your calendar, follow up, and hit numbers without being chased
- (Property, finance, or mortgage broking preferred — but open to all elite sales talent)
- All leads are warm, pre-qualified, and pre-booked into your calendar
- The willingness to work evenings and weekends — because that’s when prospects are available, and the best closers never wait
- You’re comfortable being on Zoom for 4–5 sessions per day
- You're willing to undergo and pass a police check, background check, and social media check as a condition of employment
- The ability to stick to a proven structure — not freelance it
- Confidence under pressure, control in the close, and emotional intelligence
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales
