Assist with putting away groceries.

Ensure breakfast menu and quantity are prepared as per Chef requirements

Prepare breakfast sandwiches with bacon, ham, or sausage and egg
Check and document temperatures of coolers and freezers.

Set up and take down steam table.
Clean and sanitize all work areas including work surfaces and equipment.
Prepare vegetables and any meats for an omelet bar.
Prepare breakfast menu as approved by Chef.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of dining room and overall kitchen
Serve at the breakfast line and provide highest level of customer service
Maintain a clean and organized cooler and stock area.
Provide professional, courteous guest service at all times
Perform repetitive hand work requiring full use of both hands
Cook eggs to order as requested by client.
Prepare a fruit bar for breakfast as stated in the fruit for breakfast list.

Experience in accurately producing weekly inventories
Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Previous supervisory experience is an asset
Previous experience providing a hot breakfast service in high volumes is required
Red Seal or other certifications is an asset
Work with arms above shoulder height
Large-scale cooking experience in camp settings, banquet halls and/or hotels is a strong asset
Experience with producing baked goods (scratch baking and/or pre-fab items) is an asset
Must have valid government issued photo ID for travel to site
Be able to handle the following physical demands:
Current Food Safe certificate is required
Stand, walk, squat, kneel or sit according to task for extended lengths of time
