  • Minimum of Five (5) years in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university (Engineering, Math, Science, Business Management, or Operations is preferred) or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Leadership skills required to drive the overall CI process across the facilities
  • Minimum of Three (3) years of CI experience, preferred
  • Strong application knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and related CI tools
  • Ability to travel – up to 25%
  • Knowledgeable in Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, value stream mapping, labor analysis, 5S, 8 wastes, and changeover reduction
  • Possess extensive technical skills and hands on experience in continuous improvement manufacturing activities
